Associate of Arts in Christian Leadership

Program Description:
The Associate of Arts in Christian Leadership is designed to prepare students to integrate their faith and biblical principles with important leadership skills that can be applied in a variety of settings. Students will study and assimilate leadership styles through an exploration of the Old Testament, New Testament and Bible doctrine. Students will gain knowledge and should develop in practical theology and spiritual formation through such practices as prayer, praise and worship. At the end of this degree program, students should be able to grasp leadership in ministry, build personal character according to the Bible and life management skills while integrating in ministry.

Bachelor of Arts in Christian Leadership
(BACL)

Program Description:
The Bachelor of Arts in Christian Leadership is a unique program that builds on biblical knowledge, prepares and develops the student in various areas of leadership. In this program leadership is further defined. Students will receive information on leadership styles and how to effectively lead within and without ministry. In this program, students should develop in Christian fellowship, build character according to God’s Holy Word, develop ethical skills and develop in the application of excellence. Students will cultivate their understanding of the Bible with the knowledge of church history and in-depth studies of various books of the Bible. At the end of this program students should be able to apply their knowledge of leadership and ministry in various areas of the church and without.

Master of Arts in Christian Leadership
(MACL)

Program Description:
In this program the student will reflect upon Jesus’ leadership style and consider how His leadership model can be applied within the modern world. Other core competencies include the following: Christian self-care, personal morality, character formation and ethical concerns of ministers as they shepherd God’s people. Students will build on their theological knowledge and gain knowledge in various denominations known today. Students will explore management philosophies, expand knowledge of biblical hermeneutics, and demonstrate how to further the objectives for the church body and communities. At the end of this program, students should be able to guide others in their own explorations of hermeneutical studies and inspire them to achieve their spiritual goals.

Doctor of Ministry in Christian Leadership (DMin)

Program Description:
The Doctor of Ministry in Christian Leadership is a unique program designed for those who desire to lead as Christians across a variety of settings. This degree program equips the student academically, spiritually and professionally to navigate the challenges of 21st century leadership. Leaders who matriculate through this program will enhance their administrative skills, gain insight on how to be an effective global kingdom leader for God and perfect transformational leadership skills. At the end of this program, students should be able to assist in the transformation of the church assigned to them. Leaders should also be able to assist in the transformation of local and global communities by developing effective leadership skills as a corporate or community leader.
