Program Description:
This degree will lay a firm foundation in theological training of the Bible for life and ministry. Students will be taught how to build a foundation for scripture, doctrine and teachings of the church. Students will be guided in the development of a Christian worldview and will be provoked to live a Christian lifestyle according to God’s Holy Word. This degree should enlighten the student to develop a love for God, scripture, and Godly character as they grow through the knowledge of the heart of God for His people. Credits: 60

Program Description:
The Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies is designed to cultivate personal, professional, and spiritual formation through an in-depth study of God’s Word and to equip students with a solid foundation in theology, practical ministry, and biblical studies. Students will begin to learn leadership according to God’s Holy Word. Students will also discover what the Bible says about prophecy and the use of prophets. This degree will begin to lay the foundations of preaching, spiritual warfare and building Christian character and excellence as designed by God. Credits: 60

Master of Arts in Biblical Studies
(MABS)
Program Description:
This degree program will train students to develop the art of comprehension, interpretation and communication of biblical text. At this level students should be able to solidify their relationship with God and His Word! Students will also be able to master their skill set in assisting others to grow in biblical foundation and how to apply it directly to ministry practices. Students will study the life of specific characters in the Bible. At this master level students will develop research skills, written interpretation, and continue to develop effective ministry preparation. Skills obtained at this level will prepare the student to develop impactful Christian scholarship and teach others how to engage with the Scriptures. Credits: 36

DOCTOR OF MINISTRY IN BIBLICAL STUDIES (DMin)
Program Description:
This degree is for students looking to increase knowledge and understanding in biblical theology. Each student will be able to articulate and defend Christian doctrine in an organized fashion. Students will demonstrate the ability to analyze and critique theories that challenge the divine origin and inerrancy of Scripture. The doctoral student will be able to communicate a biblically sound world view, analyze background, theological themes, literature, and content of the Bible. The doctoral student will be able to research and apply principles and techniques of effective biblical study and biblical communication. The doctoral student will also develop, expand and sharpen their leadership knowledge as they research and prepare their dissertations. Credits: 36
